Other Ministers

Mike Watkin is a lay minister.  Mike leads the baptism team and runs the baptism preparation evenings.  He takes services in all of our churches.

It seems very posh to say parish administration.  Please don’t be fooled.  Unlike a business we have a limited amount of administrative support.  Most of the work is done by volunteers but there is some administration.

Canon Jon Reynolds is a reader.  He works for the Commission for Religious Education.  He takes services in all of our churches.

Malcolm Nobbs is a reader.  Malcolm leads our meditation group, is our link with the Justice and Peace Group of Churches Together and our Bible Society Representative and takes services in all of our churches.

Grahame Senior is a reader.  He leads our charitable giving team in the church, takes funerals, and takes services in all of our churches.  He is also honorary president of FOTCH one of our friends organisations.

The Retireds

The Reverends Ian Ogilvie, Janet Ridgway and David Holloway are retired priests who live in the area and who all help out in our parish and you may well see them at one of the services.

Trish is the parish administrator.  She mainly works to help try and keep the clergy on track, keep diaries up to date, and so on.  If you need to contact her please use email but don’t expect an instantaneous response as she does not work regular hours.  It is particularly helpful to email her if there is something that the clergy must not forget to do or if you want to get something into the church diary.

Janet does our pew-sheets.  Janet tends to do these on a Wednesday or Thursday.  Notices to go into these should be short and emailed to her by midday on a Wednesday .  If you would like to be added to (or removed from) the e-pewsheet list you can email her too.  Notices for the pewsheet should always include which of our fives churches / communities you are talking about.. She also looks after the website, if you notice anything amiss, contact her.
