Tring
Parish Men's Society |
The
Society welcomes new members and visitors from all the churches in the
Parish. We aim to provide fellowship and mutual support for all men in
the Parish through meetings with speakers, discussions, visits and social
events, in line with the agenda for Church growth within the Tring Team.
The 2010/11 programme starts on 6 October 2010. It contains a wide variety
of topics of general interest, both Church-related and secular, ranging
from illustrated talks on flying microlights and the rôle of a local
councillor as politician to a visit to RES (Renewable Energy Systems)
at Kings Langley and a group guided tour of the Cathedral and Abbey Church
of Saint Alban.
We normally meet at 8pm on the first Wednesday
of each month (except August and September), usually in the Parish Hall.
